Photography and Filming
Photographs, audio, and video may be captured during the event, class, or program to help people in the community (as well as grantors and sponsors) know about the programs we offer. Attendees hereby grant Wordcrafters in Eugene, and its representatives, permission to photograph and/or record them and/or their minor child(ren) if registering for a minor, and to distribute (both now and in the future) the attendee's image and/or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Personal data
By registering, you agree to Wordcrafters in Eugene’s processing of the personal data you submit as part of registration for the following purposes: to communicate with you regarding the event for which you registered, for our internal reporting purposes, as reasonably necessary for the management and organization of the event for which you registered, to communicate with grantors, and for any other purpose to which you consent in connection with the event.
You also agree that Wordcrafters in Eugene may disclose the personal data you submit as part of registration to co-organizers of the event as reasonably necessary for the management and organization of the event for which you registered, third-party service providers assisting Wordcrafters with the event, and other third parties for which you consent to disclosure in connection with the event.
